- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Be enrolled as a full-time student in an undergraduate program at a university or polytechnic in Nigeria
- Have obtained authorization from their institution for Industrial Training
- Possess a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 or higher
