Earlier this summer, 23-year-old Savannah Blackstock Lee—Brandon’s daughter from his first marriage to Melissa Ashworth—revealed in a July Instagram post that she and her husband, Quentin Lee, were growing their family again.
They shared they’d been “keeping a couple sweet surprises” and joyfully announced that a baby girl would be joining them in January.
Savannah also made sure to mention their other daughter, Julianna, calling her one of the greatest blessings in their lives.
A Message Rooted in Faith and Gratitude
Savannah used the post to reflect on her spiritual journey through this season.
In words filled with emotion, she shared how her faith has carried her and her family through the highs and lows.
“The Lord has been so faithful,” she wrote. “He’s written a story we never could’ve imagined, and His kindness in this season has left us in awe.
He’s answered prayers we never even knew how to pray.”
Her caption radiated gratitude, peace, and hope: “This journey has been so special—full of peace, excitement, and so much grace.

Savannah and Quentin already have a three-year-old son named Lake, and with baby number two on the way, they’ll soon be a family of five.
Her announcement came just before the tragic passing of her father, Brandon Blackstock, who was previously married to singer Kelly Clarkson from 2013 to 2022.
Brandon also shared a 19-year-old son named Seth with his ex-wife Melissa Ashworth.
While the family continues to mourn the loss of a father and husband, they are also embracing the promise of new life with open hearts.
