Sam Thompson appears to be embracing love again, as his budding relationship with model Talitha Balinska is heating up.
The 33-year-old TV star and the 25-year-old model are reportedly “inseparable” after being set up by Sam’s friend and former Made In Chelsea co-star, Reza Amiri-Garroussi.
A Reunion Years in the Making
The pair first crossed paths in 2023 during a photoshoot for Sam and Reza’s sunglasses brand, Dinelli, where Talitha was modelling.
At the time, Sam was still in a relationship with Zara McDermott, so any spark between them went unacknowledged.
Their connection reignited recently when Talitha was invited as a surprise guest to Sam’s sold-out Staying Relevant live show at London’s O2 Arena. According to sources, “the rest is history.”
Meeting the Family Signals Serious Intent
Sam has already introduced Talitha to his sister Louise, her fiancé Ryan, and their young son Leo, a move signalling that this romance is more than casual.
“Talitha is not only strikingly beautiful, but she also comes from a fascinating family,” a source said.
Talitha’s half-sister is a Hollywood actress, and her father, Count Balinski-Jundzill, is married to former model Sophie Anderton.
Talitha’s Star-Studded Background
Talitha, born to Polish aristocrat Kaz Balinski and his ex-wife Vanessa Balinska, is one of four siblings.
Her sister Ella once co-starred with Kirsten Dunst in 2019’s Charlie’s Angels.
Her father Kaz was previously married to TV chef Lorraine Pascale and wed Sophie Anderton in 2023.
Talitha’s high-profile background seems to match Sam’s Chelsea lifestyle.
Life After Zara McDermott
Sam’s new relationship comes after his split from Zara at the end of last year.
He briefly dated former Love Island contestant Samie Elishi, but that romance only lasted a few months.
Meanwhile, Zara has moved on with One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson, openly professing their love in public appearances and podcasts.
Sam has taken it in stride, even jokingly playing One Direction’s Steal My Girl at his recent O2 show, which drew a crowd of 17,000. However, the breakup did impact his personal relationships, with Zara reportedly no longer in contact with Sam’s sister Louise.
Balancing Fame, Work, and Personal Life
Since winning I’m A Celebrity, Sam’s life has been busier than ever.
He co-hosts the Staying Relevant podcast with best friend Pete Wicks, appears regularly on This Morning, runs multiple businesses, collaborates with social media brands, and tours live shows.
In a recent podcast interview, Sam admitted that juggling all these commitments led to burnout.
He explained, “I got burnout last year… I said yes to absolutely everything… but by the end of the year I was in a really tough spot.”
Despite the pressures, Sam has embraced his busy schedule and is now finding balance while exploring this new romance with Talitha.
