Korea reports 36,362 new COVID-19 cases

SEOUL, 5th February, 2022 – South Korea reported 36,362 new COVID-19 infections in the last 24 hours, raising the total to 971,018, Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency said on Saturday.

22 more deaths were confirmed due to the infection, leaving the death toll at 6,858, Yonhap news agency reported.
