The occurrence transpired in the Eldoret community in Kenya.
According to a source who craved anonymity, the two robbers who had invaded the house of the woman to steal her gas cooker and television came back to the woman begging for their freedom from pain and agony after the woman had employed the services of a wizard which caused them to be attacked by a swarm of bees.
Based on the video and pictures of the incident, one of the suspects could be seen as a swarm of bees attacked his hands, while another one caused the TV set to be stuck in his hands while they took back the items they had stolen to the same spot they had picked them.
The owner of the stolen items identified as Ms. Joweila Rashida disclosed that the armed robbery gang raided her apartment on Friday, 28th of January 2022, but she decided to visit a witch doctor around Sofia village instead of reporting the incident to the police authorities.
Based on the account of one of the witnesses present at the scene, who revealed that the incident is very strange as she has never witnessed the situation where a swarm of bees would apprehend robbers or a robber returning with the items stolen.
The onlookers at the scene of the incident constructed something that looks like handcuffs while the other suspect’ s hands have been trapped by the bees with a TV set.
When queried, the suspects revealed that they were engaging in the armed robbery because of the high rate of unemployment in the country.
According to an eyewitness who crave anonymity revealed that he had mixed feelings within him, stating that the incident can be justified, but still not acceptable. He added that robbers can only learn a lesson in a very hard way, which is the reason why some societies discipline robbers through jungle justice to make others who might be thinking of armed robbery learned.
