TV mornings got a bit tense on Monday when Rebecca Loos appeared on Good Morning Britain and found herself in a heated back-and-forth with presenter Richard Madeley — all over the mention of David Beckham.

Rebecca, 48, was on the ITV breakfast show to chat about her stint on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, but the conversation quickly veered back to her past connections, especially David Beckham.

Rebecca Expresses Frustration About David Beckham Focus

During the interview with Richard, 69, and Kate Garraway, Rebecca didn’t hold back her disappointment about how much attention David Beckham, now 50, received on the Channel 4 show.

She said,

“It was a little bit disappointing that there was so much focus on [David Beckham] in the interrogation room, because I really did think that going in there was an opportunity for them to get to know me.”

Rebecca went on to clarify that Beckham was just a small part of her life, saying,

“That was a very small part of my life. It is what it is.”

Richard Keeps Pressing on Beckham, Tension Builds

But Richard wasn’t ready to let it go. Trying to close the topic, he asked,

“Do you blame him? He was a married man with children, do you blame him? This is the last question about David Beckham.”

Rebecca, keen to shift the focus back to the show, replied with a smile,

“I think we should just focus on SAS.”

When Richard repeated the question, she firmly insisted,

“I want to talk about SAS, sorry Richard… We don’t need to talk about this this morning, we’re here for SAS.”

Rebecca’s Emotional Moment on Celebrity SAS

The tension on Good Morning Britain wasn’t the only drama Rebecca has faced recently.

On Sunday night’s episode of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, she was reduced to tears after a tough one-on-one fight with former X Factor star Lucy Spraggan.

Lucy dominated the challenge from the start, throwing punches that left Rebecca mostly defending herself, including taking some hits to the face.

Fans watching could hear encouragements shouting for Rebecca to throw a punch back.

Before the fight, Special Forces instructor Jason Fox explained,

“Violence in its rawest form is hand-to-hand, you are eye-to-eye with your opponent and it is about overpowering them.

We use controlled aggression, it is not blind anger. Anger is an emotion that we have not got any time for.”

After being told to “stop,” Rebecca took off her headgear, wiping her nose and tears, visibly shaken by the experience.

What’s Next for Rebecca

Lucy was declared the winner, while Rebecca took a moment to recover, clearly emotional but determined.

Her appearance on Good Morning Britain and the Celebrity SAS experience show two very different sides of Rebecca: the woman ready to face tough challenges head-on, and the person who still wants to control the narrative about her own life.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV1 from 6am and streams on ITVX.
