Pro-Putin veteran has sick moment as he raises SKULL of a fallen soldier from Kiev

Igor Mangushev, a 36-year-old campaigner, was addressing a gathering while holding what he claimed to be the skull of an Azov regiment warrior slain in Mariupol, southeast Ukraine.

Mangushev claimed the skull had belonged to an Azov regiment soldier killed in Mariupol
