When you’re the child of two of Britain’s most famous reality stars, life is anything but ordinary.
For 18-year-old Princess Andre, daughter of Peter Andre and Katie Price, that reality often means living through her parents’ very public ups and downs.
Now, as tensions between Peter and Katie flare up once again, Princess has finally broken her silence.
Princess Stays Neutral
Taking part in a fan Q&A on Snapchat, Princess was asked whether her mum and dad’s ongoing disagreements still affect her.
Her answer was refreshingly straightforward: “To be honest it doesn’t affect me.
At the end of the day, they broke up when I was two years old so I don’t even have any memory of them being together.”
She made it clear where her priorities lie, adding over the clip: “I love my mum and dad and that’s all that matters.”
Katie Calls for Peace
Just a day earlier, Katie Price urged Peter to meet with her for peace talks.
She insisted their daughter had been unfairly dragged into the fallout—especially after rumours swirled about why she wasn’t featured in Princess’ ITV2 show The Princess Diaries.
On her podcast, Katie stressed she wasn’t upset about being excluded, saying she only wanted to be present to support her daughter’s milestones.
“It’s not about me,” she explained. “I just want to watch her do her shoots and signings, like my mum used to do for me.”
Peter Fires Back With Explosive Statement
But instead of extending an olive branch, Peter came forward with one of his strongest public statements yet.
Breaking years of silence, he said: “For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones. That ends today.”
He went on to reveal that Princess and her brother Junior had lived in his care since 2018, under a family court order issued in 2019, which he had never previously made public.
He also pointed to earlier legal cases where Katie was found to have made false claims against him.
Claire Powell Joins the Fray
The drama didn’t stop there. Hours after Peter’s statement, his manager Claire Powell posted a cryptic message online: “The most dangerous anger comes from someone with a good heart.”
Claire has long been at the centre of this feud, once managing both Peter and Katie before their split.
Katie has often accused her of playing a role in the breakdown of their marriage and claimed Claire’s company blocked her from appearing in Princess’ reality series.
Katie Pushes Back
Katie’s camp, however, insists she’s moved on. A spokesperson told the Daily Mail: “Kate is in a much better and clear headspace.
This was in the past and she doesn’t feel the need to bring up tit for tat comments. It’s now in her lawyers’ hands.”
Still, Katie has made it clear she doesn’t believe her daughter should be “caught in the middle,” urging all sides to sit down and finally end the hostilities.
A History of Public Battles
Peter and Katie were once the golden couple of British reality TV, turning their whirlwind romance into lucrative shows and deals.
But since their split in 2009, their disagreements have spilled into the public eye time and again, from legal disputes to social media spats.
Princess herself has admitted on her ITV2 series that the animosity between her parents left her feeling she couldn’t always go to her dad for support.
The teenager has since turned to counselling to help navigate the complicated family dynamic.
The Road Ahead
Despite the messy headlines, Princess appears determined to stay grounded.
Her recent remarks show she’s choosing love for both parents over picking sides.
Whether Peter and Katie will actually sit down for the peace talks Katie is calling for remains uncertain—but one thing is clear: Princess doesn’t want to be pulled into the middle anymore.
