Prince Charles tests positive for Covid a second time and is forced into self-isolation

According to Clarence House, the Prince of Wales has tested positive for Covid-19 and is now self-isolating. After acquiring the sickness in March 2020, Prince Charles, 73, who is triple-jabbed, has tested positive for the coronavirus for the second time.
“This morning the Prince of Wales has tested positive for Covid-19 and is now self-isolating,” a tweet on his official Twitter feed read.
“HRH is deeply disappointed not to be able to attend today’s events in Winchester and will look to reschedule his visit as soon as possible.”
The announcement of the positive test was made just after midday February 10, about 12 minutes before Charles was due to arrive in Winchester to unveil a statue.
It comes days after the Queen marked her platinum jubilee by expressing her “sincere wish” that the Duchess of Cornwall would be Queen Camilla at Charles’s side when he becomes the king.
On Wednesday evening, Camilla accompanied Charles to the British Museum where they met scores of people at a reception to celebrate the work of the British Asian Trust.
