Who’s Eligible to Apply?
To be considered for the PAP Formal Education Scholarship, you must meet the following conditions:

Be from one of the Niger Delta states: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, or Rivers.

Be at least 16 years old.
For undergraduate applicants, the following also apply:

You must have taken the 2025 UTME (JAMB).

You should be a fresh 100-level student for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Candidates awaiting WAEC/NECO results will not be considered.

Once admitted, you must maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5 on a 5.0 scale or 2.0 on a 4.0 scale to keep the scholarship.

You must uphold PAP’s code of conduct—any misconduct or false documentation can lead to immediate withdrawal of the scholarship.
Note: Only approved academic programs are eligible.
What You Need to Submit
When applying, make sure you have clear digital copies of the following documents ready:

WAEC/NECO O’Level Result with a minimum of 5 credits, including English and Mathematics.

2025 UTME (JAMB) Result.

Local Government Area (LGA) Identification Letter.
Keep in mind that shortlisted candidates may be required to take a written test and attend an oral interview as part of the selection process.
