The video, captured by ICE agent Jonathon Ross, shows Renee Good and her wife, Rebecca Good, engaging with the ICE officers before the fatal shooting.
In the footage, Rebecca Good challenges the agent, saying, “You want to come at us? Go ahead.”
The incident occurred as part of a protest against ICE’s efforts to detain Somali migrants in the area, and tensions were high.
As the situation unfolded, Renee Good allegedly ignored orders to leave her vehicle and instead revved the engine before driving off toward the ICE officer.
This led to her being shot by Agent Ross, who had previously been struck by a car while conducting operations.
