Polling Units Ambassadors move to end voter apathy 

 
A non Partisan Organization known as Polling Units Ambassadors of Nigeria PUAN has moved to end voter apathy in all voting points across the Country.

The Deputy Ambassador General DAG, Southeast Nigeria, Ambassador Zaccheaus Ifeuwabundidi Ogbuefi disclosed this during his address at the Zonal Meeting held in Enugu state.

Ogbuefi posited that PUAN would be moving round the entire States, Local Government Areas and rural communities in the Southeast to ensure that People’s mindsets towards voting are sensitised to eradicate voter apathy in it’s entirety.

The Deputy Ambassador General added that “we must be aware that our vote is our strength, therefore we must say no to sachet of noodles, salt and a cube of magi.

“
He called on the electorates to eschew thuggery of any kind.

“If any politician wants to use you as thug, simply tell them to go and bring back their children overseas to do it for them,“ he added.

He condemned thuggery in totality.

During the meeting, the State Ambassadors of Abia-Ambassador Sunny Chigbu, Anambra-Ambassador Ireamoke Obioha, Ebonyi-Ambassador Igwe Solomon Chuks,  Enugu- Barrister Sunday Nsude and Imo state-Barrister Ann Alinuo who was represented by his Secretary, Ambassadors Jonathan Okafor pledged their unalloyed support to the Deputy Ambassador General to ensure that the dreams of PUAN come through.
