Perrie Edwards has announced some wonderful news — she’s expecting her second child with fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
The Little Mix star shared the update in the sweetest way on Saturday, letting fans in on her family’s next chapter.

The 32-year-old singer revealed her pregnancy in a touching Instagram post, with her four-year-old son Axel stealing the show.
In the short clip, Axel can be seen planting a kiss on his mum’s growing bump, making the reveal all the more heartwarming.

Her first loss came very early in her first pregnancy.
She recalled how she began bleeding, went to the hospital, and was told there was no baby.
“I thought maybe I’d imagined it or had a false positive,” she explained, remembering the painful moment she faced the news alone.
The Anxiety of Pregnancy After Loss
When Perrie later became pregnant with Axel, she admitted she was nervous, especially about getting past the 12-week scan.
“I was a bit on edge,” she said. “But once I did, the rest of the pregnancy was pure bliss. I loved every second of carrying him.”
A Second Heartbreaking Loss
Sadly, a year later, she and Alex faced another devastating miscarriage.
Perrie found out she was pregnant again while rehearsing for Little Mix’s farewell tour in 2022. At her 22-week scan, she sensed something was wrong.
“It was horrendous,” she shared. “I’ve never experienced anything like it — it felt like an out-of-body experience.”
Finding Strength in Motherhood
Despite her heartbreak, Perrie described Axel, born on August 21, 2021, as her “rainbow baby” — a child born after loss.
Speaking about her son, she reflected: “He made everything worth it.”
