Job Description
Why Is This Role Important At Infobip?
People Operations Generalist is an individual contributor global or regional role with direct reporting lines towards Community of Expertise global Head/ Regional People Operations Head; indirectly to COE Head (regions).
The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of organizational efficiency through direct management of multiple POP sub functions (talent acquisitions, employer branding, learning and development and/or total rewards) and their development in designated scope of the organization (region, segment, or product).
POP Generalist holds overall accountability to drive retention, engagement, growth, workflow efficiency, performance management and culture programs. POP Generalists are fully independent in their work and able to deliver on individual goals as well as contribute to the overall team goals.
They have the proficiency, specific knowledge and skill set in multiple areas of HR, so they can support their dedicated part of the organization. POP Generalists work and report to designated stakeholders on a regional, department or product level with the aim of supporting them in all HR related matters.
You Know You Are Doing a Good Job When:
Providing people operations support for a specific business vertical and / or region.
Participates in all activities carried out for the needs of organizational units and / or in the region it covers (such as: selection, induction, development, performance management).
Assists in the implementation of policies and procedures in the field of People Operations management.
Contributes to new projects and initiatives in the field of People Operations.
Coordinates and reports on all activities carried out for the needs of organizational units and / or regions which it covers, and according to the instructions of the leader.
Support for team leadership structures in their areas.
Establishing successful collaboration with all stakeholders to understand their needs.
Representing Infobip internally and externally at events, conferences, career fairs, etc.
Coordination of implementation of different services, policies, and programs from different areas of work.
Qualifications
More About You:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related.
You have at least 3 years of experience in human resources working with performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, learning & development, and other HR processes.
Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
You are a person with integrity.
You are easily approachable.
You have flexibility and willingness to challenge organisational culture where necessary.
You are a proficient user of both written and spoken in English.
You have excellent organisational skills.
