Pamela Anderson had viewers doing a double take when she appeared on This Morning to promote her latest film, The Last Showgirl.

While she was there to discuss her role as Shelly, a Las Vegas performer facing the end of her career, fans were more focused on her eye-catching fashion choice than the movie itself.

A Bold Fashion Statement

The 57-year-old actress sat down with presenter Alison Hammond, dressed in a light blue suit jacket and matching skirt.

But what really got people talking were her accessories—a pair of white lace gloves and, most notably, bright green tights.

Social media quickly lit up with reactions, as many viewers struggled to understand her hosiery choice.

One person on X (formerly Twitter) joked, “The green tights,” accompanied by laughing emojis.

Another quipped, “Does she have gangrene, or are those just tights?”

Someone else added, “I’m sorry, but what made Pamela want to wear green tights?”

Meanwhile, a different fan referenced the musical Wicked by commenting, “Her legs look Wicked #ThisMorning.”

The playful remarks kept rolling in, with another user humorously stating, “She’s pickled her legs…#ThisMorning.”

Why Pamela Said Yes to The Last Showgirl

Fashion aside, Pamela had plenty to say about her latest project.

When Alison asked what drew her to the role, she enthusiastically responded, “How could I say no?!

It was an incredible role, an incredible film, great cast, great director.”

She then revealed a personal connection to the film, explaining, “The script came to me through my son.

He brought it over and said, ‘Mum, I think you’re really going to want to do this with Gia Coppola.’

And I said, ‘Coppola? Yes, I want to do it!’”

Pamela shared that as soon as she read the script, she could hear Shelly’s voice in her head.

“I could see how to play her and feel all the nuances and layers.

I felt like if I had lived any other life, I wouldn’t have been able to play her the same way.

Maybe everything I’ve been through led me to this moment.”

The Baywatch Swimsuit Debate

During the chat, Alison couldn’t resist bringing up Pamela’s legendary Baywatch swimsuit.

When asked if she’d prefer wearing that or the costumes from her new film, Pamela revealed she still owns one of her original red swimsuits.

“I have my bathing suit, it’s at home,” she admitted with a laugh.

“I haven’t tried it on in a while! I had a couple of them—I gave a few away—but now I just have one in my safe.

I don’t know why I kept it, but I have it!”
