Olivia Attwood has announced that she’s selling the £1million Cheshire mansion she shares with husband Bradley Dack.
The former Loose Women star, 34, admitted that the couple has endured a particularly “challenging six months,” which has played a part in the decision to put their home up for sale.
The couple’s home, shared with their two dogs, Lola and Stitch, was first showcased by Olivia on her TV series Olivia Meets Her Match back in 2020.
However, the busy schedules of both Olivia, who has been working in London, and Bradley, who plays football for Gillingham in Kent, have meant they’ve spent little time there in recent months.
A Home Once Full of Life
Olivia reflected on the emotional attachment she and Bradley have to the property.
“It’s our family home in Cheshire, but we’re not really living there anymore,” she told The Sun.
“We’ve been umming and ahh-ing because emotionally, we hold onto it. We love it so much. But it just doesn’t work for us anymore.”
She explained that she originally had an apartment in London, intended mainly as a base for filming.
Now, with their busy lives pulling them in different directions, the Cheshire house no longer suits their needs.
A Scary Break-In
Earlier this year, the couple faced a frightening ordeal when their home was targeted by burglars while Olivia was working in Spain.
She described the incident in detail on social media, praising her security team and their trained dogs for stopping the thieves almost immediately.
Olivia revealed that the burglars had smashed a second-floor window and entered the property, but they fled when her security team arrived within minutes.
“They obviously thought the dogs weren’t there, but our team with dogs was on it straight away,” she said.
“Even though they didn’t take the most valuable items, just knowing someone was in your home is horrible.”
This was reportedly the third time Olivia’s home had been targeted, making the invasion all the more unsettling.
Public Scrutiny and Personal Challenges
Adding to the pressures at home, Olivia recently found herself in the media spotlight for a holiday in Ibiza with longtime friend Pete Wicks.
Images of the pair on a yacht sparked controversy, prompting some online backlash and even criticism aimed at Bradley while he played for Gillingham.
Olivia admitted she understood why Bradley was upset but was quick to clarify that she and Pete are just friends and colleagues.
She emphasized that her relationship with Bradley is far from perfect, but they are very much together.
“We’ve had ups and downs, the last six months have been challenging, but we’re navigating it,” she explained.
Balancing Love and Work
Olivia stressed that their busy work lives often take precedence over everything else.
“Being in a long-term relationship isn’t always glamorous. You have to work at it constantly.
It’s not perfect, there are ups and downs, and we both make mistakes,” she said candidly.
Regarding the Ibiza photos, Olivia said: “I get why Brad didn’t like it.
There was hugging and fun, it was a family vibe. But it was never as serious as people made it out to be. It was just a holiday.”
She added that the Ibiza trip, which included hosting an event for KISS, was meant to be fun, but the public reaction turned it into a bigger story than expected.
Moving Forward
Despite the challenges, Olivia remains optimistic about the future.
Selling the Cheshire mansion, she explained, is part of adapting to a life where both she and Bradley can balance work, home, and family in a way that suits them.
She emphasized that while the past months have been testing, their commitment to each other remains strong.
