Nigerian Singer Naira Marley Confirms Return to Lagos State

Popular Nigerian singer Azeez Fashola has officially confirmed his return to Lagos State, as he announced on October 3, 2023, through his verified account on the microblogging platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

This announcement follows his recent conversation with presidential adviser Reno Omokri, during which Naira Marley expressed his willingness to return to Nigeria and address any inquiries if his safety could be assured.

Last week, Gistlover reported the arrest of Naira Marley’s close friend, Sam Larry, upon his return to the country.

In his post, Naira Marley stated, “I’d like to inform you that I have just arrived back in Lagos, Nigeria, to cooperate with the authorities in the ongoing investigation.

It’s crucial that I contribute my part for Imole. I will be meeting with the police, hoping for the truth to be revealed and justice to prevail.”
