The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) is calling on artists, students, and creative enthusiasts across the country to join the 2025 National Stamp & Unity Day Design Contest.

This exciting competition is all about showcasing national unity and cultural pride under the inspiring theme: “Renewed Hope – Path to Inclusive Prosperity.”

How to Participate

Joining the contest is straightforward. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Visit https://contest.nipost.gov.ng/submit to access the entry form.

  2. Fill out all the required information honestly and completely.

  3. Submit up to two entries—each participant can share a maximum of two designs.

  4. Provide your full name, age category, contact information, the title of your artwork, and a 150-word explanation describing your design.


Important Details for Your Design

If your design is selected, it will be showcased at the official launch on October 1, 2025.

Winning designs won’t just stay on paper—they’ll be printed as official Nigerian postal stamps, exhibited publicly, and auctioned off to honor Nigeria’s cultural heritage and diversity.

When creating your design, keep these specifications in mind:

  • Stamp size: 30mm by 40mm

  • Postcard size option: 4 inches by 6 inches

  • Minimum image resolution: 300 DPI

  • Accepted file formats: AI, SVG, EPS (plus optional JPEG, PNG, PDF)

  • Remember to include a 150-word explanation of your design idea—this is mandatory!
