Nigerian Defence Academy passing out Parade under way

The Passing Out Parade, POP of the Nigerian Defence Academy, is under way in Kaduna State.

The Minister of Defence retired Major General Bashir Magashı will inspect Passing Out Parade mounted by 293 Army Cadets of Short Service Course 47.

Prior to Saturday’s event, the Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Faruk Yahaya had on Friday, 25th of February addressed the Cadets, where he charged them to be exemplary in their service to the nation and shun all forms of societal vices.

Also witnessing the Passing Out Parade at the NDA are Senator Ali Ndume, Chairman Senate Committee on Army, representatives of the Chief of Defence Staff, Services Chiefs and Inspector General of Police.

Others are members of the diplomatic corps, NAOWA President amongst others.
