After the chihuahua became seriously ill following a grooming session, Nicola is now reportedly required to appear in court.
The grooming took place in a mobile van operated by a company called HoundSpa in New York.

Nicola didn’t hold back—she has filed a lawsuit against HoundSpa in the Supreme Court of New York’s Westchester County.
Court papers, seen by InTouch Weekly, reveal that a judge has ordered Nicola to appear for a deposition before October 30.
This comes after the groomer, Jony Ceballos, denied any wrongdoing.
According to the lawsuit, Nicola alleges that Ceballos has a troubling history of “intentional and malicious abuse of dogs.”
The actress claims that Nala was left injured and in serious distress after what should have been a routine grooming session inside the mobile van.
