Siyabonga Ngezana stopped an Arrows attempt with a clean challenge just outside the Chiefs box before sending the ball to Nkosingiphile Ngcobo in midfield.
Leonardo Castro avoided the offside trap before racing towards and inside the Arrows penalty box thanks to the left-excellent footer’s assist.
With two defenders closing in on him and the angle narrowing, Castro found Billiat with a clever pass between the two Arrows defenders, who blasted the ball past Sifiso Mlungwana.
