National Bank of Bahrain awarded Best Bank for Sustainable Finance in Bahrain

As part of the Sustainable Finance Awards 2022, the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) was named Best Bank for Sustainable Finance in Bahrain by Global Finance magazine.

On a regional level, it was once again recognized for Outstanding Leadership in Sustainability Transparency.

The awards recognize NBB’s continued efforts to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices into all of its activities.

NBB had previously earned the Outstanding Leadership in Sustainability Transparency Award from Global Finance’s Sustainable Finance Awards in 2021. This year’s awards reiterate the bank’s endeavours, both locally and regionally, to emerge as a best-in-class bank committed to sustainable development.
