The MTN Media Innovation Program (MIP) is an exciting six-week course that spans six months and is designed specifically for media practitioners in Nigeria.

A Deep Dive into the 4th Cohort of MTN MIP

The fourth cohort of this highly regarded program is set to begin on May 19 and will run until October 24, 2025.

MTN Nigeria will fully sponsor this cohort, selecting 20 Nigerian journalists from various media outlets who successfully pass a rigorous selection process.

This group will build on the success of previous cohorts and continue to establish the program as a top-tier training opportunity for Nigerian journalists.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply for this prestigious program, interested individuals must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a media practitioner or content creator.

  • Possess a valid international passport.

  • Pass a written test and any subsequent interviews.

  • Obtain a written release from their employer to participate in the program.
