Michael Lohan Arrested in Texas After Allegedly Flipping His Wife Kate Major Out of Her Chair

Michael Lohan, the father of actress Lindsay Lohan, has been arrested in Texas on a felony assault charge after an alleged incident involving his wife, Kate Major.

According to court documents shared by TMZ, Michael was taken into custody on Saturday, facing a charge of “continuous violence against the family.”

The arrest stems from an allegation that Michael physically assaulted Kate by flipping her out of her chair.

Major, who was undergoing a medical exam at the time, reportedly informed deputies that the incident occurred several days prior at their home.

She mentioned experiencing pain and discomfort due to the alleged act.

Investigation and Arrest

Following Kate’s statement, a female deputy allegedly noticed bruises on Major and spoke with Michael Lohan.

Afterward, Michael was arrested without any resistance at his residence in Texas.

Court Appearance and Legal Process

Michael Lohan is set to appear in court on Monday to face the charge. His bond has been set at $30,000, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
