Meghan Markle, the wife of Prince Harry, has made her first public appearance since King Charles’s coronation.

She was seen hiking with friends near her home in Montecito.

The Duke of Sussex was not present during her hike as he flew back to the US from the UK after the historic ceremony to celebrate Prince Archie’s fourth birthday with his wife.

Prince Harry’s Brief Trip to the UK

Prince Harry spent a total of 28 hours and 42 minutes in the UK during his brief trip to attend his father’s coronation.

He did not take part in any of the celebrations apart from his appearance at Westminster Abbey.

After the ceremony, while senior members of the Royal Family headed to Buckingham Palace to watch the flypast, Prince Harry went to Heathrow Airport to catch his flight home.

Prince Harry’s Rush Back to the US

Although Prince Harry’s flight from Heathrow to Los Angeles landed just before 6:30 pm local time, he may not have made it back to his Montecito mansion in time for Prince Archie’s bedtime.

Montecito is almost 100 miles away from Los Angeles, and the drive takes at least two hours.

The Sussexes Asked to Leave UK Base

Earlier this year, a spokesperson for the Sussexes confirmed that they had been asked to leave their UK base at Frogmore Cottage, which had been given to them as a wedding present by the Queen in 2018.

Meghan and Harry have barely lived in the royal residence over the last three years.
