Medvedev: If Ukraine uses the US MLRS against Russia, Moscow will destroy Kyiv.

In an interview with Al Jazeera TV, Dmitry Medvedev, the Russian Security Council’s Deputy Chairman, claimed that if Ukraine used the United States’ multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) against Russia, Russia would hit decision-making centers in Kyiv.

“If these types of weapons are employed on Russian territory, our country’s armed forces will have no alternative but to act in order to defeat the decision-making centers,” Dmitry Medvedev stated.

According to Medvedev, the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine might be targeted. According to him, final decision-making centers are not based in Ukraine, therefore such a danger will have to be considered.
