Details
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of 7 years’ experience to join our team. The Candidate for this position should be detail-oriented and willing to learn. The candidate should be able to follow instructions, work with others, and help ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
Responsibilities
Ensure that production machinery and ancillaries are readily available for production
Responsible for monitoring all mechanical equipment and issue jobs for his subordinates
Carry out efficient repair work, requested from breakdown or Plant modification
Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the Company’s safety policies.
Qualification & Experience
HND or B. Engineering (Maintenance)
Minimum of 7 years experience
Skills & Competencies
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Good knowledge of engineering practice and maintenance software (Synchro)
Knowledge of plant and equipment installation and maintenance
Ability to work under pressure
Basic Computer knowledge
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
