If you were watching This Morning today, you might have caught a surprisingly cheeky moment that left host Cat Deeley a little red-faced.

The popular ITV daytime show, hosted by Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard during their final week before the summer break, delivered plenty of entertainment — including a playful exchange about measurements with money expert Martin Lewis.

Martin Lewis Joins the Show for Childcare Tips and a Playful Banter

Martin Lewis popped in to share his expertise on childcare support just as families gear up for the school holidays.

As the segment wrapped up, Ben Shephard encouraged viewers to join Martin for a phone-in session where they could ask him “anything.”

Martin quickly teased back that “some things” were off-limits.

What happened next caught everyone by surprise.

A Measurement Joke Sparks Blushing and Laughter on Live TV

Martin jokingly threw out a figure for his “inside leg” measurement — 33 inches.

Ben’s eyes nearly popped as he asked if that was accurate.

Martin quickly admitted he’d made it up, which only fueled the lighthearted back-and-forth.

Ben said, “That’s a bit long,” prompting Martin to suggest they measure it live.

At this point, Cat Deeley jumped in, clearly amused but slightly embarrassed, asking, “Can we do this over the break, gents?”

She even joked about stepping away to “go pee or do something different,” before the show moved on.

Summer Hosts Lineup Revealed Ahead of ITV Break

With Cat and Ben wrapping up their final shows before a six-week summer hiatus, ITV announced the exciting roster of hosts taking over during the break.

The lineup kicks off with Friday favorites Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond.

Following them, former Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes and Love Island star Olivia Attwood will make their This Morning debuts.

Emma Willis, fresh from hosting Big Brother, returns alongside The Masked Singer’s Joel Dommett.

Unlike previous years, Andi Peters will be hosting from the studio alongside Emma Willis instead of dialing in from a holiday spot.

Irish presenter Craig Doyle, Sian Welby, Josie Gibson, and Rylan Clark are also set to return, promising plenty of familiar faces and fresh energy.

How to Catch This Morning This Summer

This Morning continues to air weekdays at 10am on ITV1 and is also available for streaming on ITVX — so whether you’re home or away this summer, you won’t miss out on the fun, helpful advice, and unexpected laughs.
