Man flees after allegedly killing woman over land in Ibadan

Femi in Moniya, a 30-year-old man from the Akinyele Local Government Area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, is on the run after reportedly killing a woman on her farm in the community on Monday, February 1.
According to the Daily Trust, Femi and the dead had some unsolved issues before the family discovered the woman’s lifeless body on the land.
Femi is alleged to have gone into hiding and has not been seen since. After the event, residents allege he escaped Ibadan for Ife, Osun state.
