So, what makes this drink worth a grand? The most expensive cocktail on the new menu is the Midleton Forêt de Tronçais, crafted from ultra-rare Irish whiskey aged in French Tronçais oak casks.

It boasts rich notes of honey, toasted almonds, and subtle spice, complemented by Antica Formula and Dubonnet. It’s not just a drink—it’s an experience.

It recently received the prestigious 2 Pin status from the Pinnacle Guide—an honor no other bar in Northern Ireland has achieved.
