Los Angeles jury prepares to hear case against Gabriel Olds accused of rape and violent sex crimes against multiple women

Gabriel Olds

In a case that’s rocked both the entertainment world and the legal system, actor Gabriel Olds—known for roles in NCIS, Law & Order, and The Eyes of Tammy Faye—is facing horrifying allegations of sexual assault.

Testimony heard in a Los Angeles courtroom this week has revealed disturbing details about encounters with multiple women, including a woman identified in court as Jane Doe #7.

Olds, 53, has pleaded not guilty to a dozen felony charges involving five women, including rape, sodomy, and violent sexual acts spanning nearly a decade.

A Gym Encounter That Turned Dark

Jane Doe #7 testified that she first met Olds in June 2023 while working out at a 24 Hour Fitness in Hollywood.

He introduced himself as an actor and writer who had attended Yale and mingled with Hollywood elites.

Though she said she found him intriguing at first, she also admitted she felt pressured and wanted to end the conversation—especially after he spent a long time talking about himself.

Despite her instincts, they exchanged numbers.

Their first date took place a few days later at The Misfit Bar in Santa Monica, where she described receiving a “lingering hug” and being pushed into ordering a glass of wine—despite not being a drinker.

Pressured and Uncomfortable from the Start

Jane Doe #7, a theater manager and former personal trainer, explained in court that pressure from Olds became a recurring theme.

She shared that she suffered from vaginismus, a condition that causes painful intercourse, and that she had been a virgin with only one previous sexual partner.

Still, she went along with a second date after Olds insisted.

During that outing, he dismissed her claims of being a virgin and asked her to send intimate photos, which she refused.

Though she expressed curiosity, she also felt uneasy.

A Painful and Disturbing Encounter

On July 7, 2023, they had dinner and returned to Olds’ home in the Hollywood Hills.

Jane Doe #7 testified that despite voicing discomfort, Olds began oral sex and then non-consensual penetration—actions she says she never agreed to.

He even set up his iPhone to record the act without permission, telling her the footage was “just for me.”

“I felt psychologically and physically frozen,” she told the court. Though she was clearly distressed, Olds continued.

Things took a terrifying turn when he allegedly strangled her with both hands during sex.

She said she blacked out from the lack of oxygen.

“I Felt Really Effed Up”

When she regained consciousness, she was crying and afraid, repeatedly saying she needed to leave.

But Olds, significantly taller and heavier, stayed on top of her and downplayed the situation, telling her, “Let’s talk about it.”

When asked if she had wanted further intercourse, she responded sharply, “Hell f**king no,” which the judge repeated aloud to ensure clarity.

Despite the trauma, she later agreed to meet with him in public—wanting to understand how the situation had escalated so badly.

They continued casual contact, but she never allowed another sexual encounter.

She experienced panic attacks around him and finally cut things off for good.

Unwanted Contact Continues After Breakup

Though she asked him to delete the videos and stop contacting her, Olds sent a Valentine’s Day message in 2024 with a bizarre photo of himself “humping” a tree, captioned with a reference to their sexual encounter.

When shown the image in court, the judge responded, “I can’t tell what he’s doing to the tree.”

Jane Doe #7 later messaged Olds saying, “I have a visceral reaction of fear.”

When she finally looked him up online, she discovered that he’d been arrested on multiple charges—prompting her to report her own experience to police.

A Pattern of Violence Emerges

She wasn’t the only one. Other alleged victims have shared stories of being slapped, choked, and verbally abused by Olds during sex.

Prosecutors allege he has a history of coercive and violent behavior masked under the pretense of BDSM.

When asked if she was familiar with BDSM, Jane Doe #7 replied, “I live in Hollywood, so yeah, it’s around.”

But she made it clear that what happened between her and Olds wasn’t consensual BDSM—it was abuse.

Heading to Trial on 12 Felony Charges

On Friday, the judge ruled that Olds will stand trial on 12 felony counts and upheld his bail at $3.5 million.

If convicted on all charges, he faces the possibility of spending the rest of his life behind bars.

He is currently being held at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s North County Correctional Facility.

Detective Brent Hopkins, who led the investigation, commended the survivors.

“This was a long, extremely emotional hearing where these survivors bravely shared their stories,” he told the Daily Mail.

“We hope other victims feel empowered to come forward.”
