Reports say at least 40 Ukrainians have died Thursday morning from Russian shells.

Kyiv, Kharkiv and other cities are currently under attack by missile strikes as Vladimir Putin orders ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine; Scott Morrison says ‘Russia has chosen war’.
