Janice Dickinson might be 70, but the former supermodel is still making headlines — whether she’s running errands in Los Angeles or getting candid about her cosmetic procedures.

Once the face of high fashion and the queen of magazine covers, Janice has lived quite the colorful life, and she’s not shy about sharing the details.

From Vogue Covers to Reality TV Fame

Back in the 1980s, Janice Dickinson was the name in modeling.

Her face graced the covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Cosmopolitan, and she even posed for Playboy.

Designers like Versace, Calvin Klein, and Oscar de la Renta lined up to work with her. But she didn’t stop there.

Janice used her modeling fame to dive into reality TV.

She judged aspiring models on America’s Next Top Model, opened her own modeling agency (which became the focus of her own reality show), and even appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. She knew how to stay relevant — and unfiltered — no matter the decade.

Casual Sunday Sighting in Los Angeles

Over the weekend, Janice was spotted out and about in LA, running errands solo.

She kept things comfy and casual in a navy T-shirt, denim cutoffs, and white sneakers. A beige visor and black sunglasses helped her keep a low profile, but fans still took notice of the iconic beauty carrying her water bottle and pharmacy bags.

A Long Love Story, a Health Battle, and a New Chapter

Janice is now happily married to Dr. Robert “Rocky” Gerner, a psychiatrist based in LA.

The pair got married in 2016 — shortly after she overcame a major health scare. Janice battled breast cancer with two lumpectomies and six months of radiation.

She came out stronger on the other side and continues to speak openly about that chapter of her life.

That Time She Dated Stallone — And the Engagement That Crashed

Janice’s romantic past has included its fair share of Hollywood drama, most notably a whirlwind romance with Sylvester Stallone.

The two met at a charity event in 1993 and quickly fell for each other — despite the fact that Stallone was still dating Jennifer Flavin at the time.

They even got engaged, but things came crashing down six months later when Stallone found out he wasn’t the biological father of Janice’s daughter Savannah.

The real dad was businessman Michael Birnbaum, who Janice had dated earlier. Stallone went back to Flavin, and they eventually married in 1997.

She Had Her First Surgery While Dating Stallone

Plastic surgery has always been part of Janice’s story — and she’s never pretended otherwise.

In a recent chat on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s Off The Vine podcast, Janice said her cosmetic journey started at 32, right around the time she was dating Stallone.

She said she started noticing jowls and decided to get a mini facelift — a lighter procedure with less downtime and subtle results.

“It kept me going up until last week when I noticed [my lip lines],” she joked, adding, “Don’t smoke. It’s bad for you.”

Janice Doesn’t Regret a Single Surgery

When asked if she regretted any of the cosmetic work she’s had done, her answer was a firm “Oh, no.” She’s been through it all — breast augmentation, tummy tuck, face and neck lifts, liposuction, Botox, and more.

Her lips, though? Still natural, she insists.

Even when her son Nathan begged her to stop back in 2007, Janice cheekily said she would — “if he’s looking.”

In 2015, she even went on the show Botched to fix a 30-year-old breast procedure that left her with rippling skin.

Bankruptcy, Medical Bills, and a Costly Cosmetic Habit

Despite her fame, Janice hasn’t been immune to financial trouble.

In 2013, she filed for bankruptcy, reportedly owing nearly $1 million. Some of that debt came from unpaid cosmetic procedure bills — including $8,000 to a Beverly Hills dermatologist and another $8,000 to an anti-aging center.

She’s been honest about the toll her beauty upkeep has taken — both physically and financially — but says she wouldn’t change it.

Still Bold, Still Janice

Janice Dickinson has never fit into a neat box. From international supermodel to reality TV star to plastic surgery advocate, she’s built a life full of glam, grit, and unapologetic honesty

Whether she’s sharing the highs of her career or the lessons from her personal struggles, Janice is always authentically herself.

And if her weekend outing is any indication, she’s not slowing down anytime soon.
