Saturday, August 27, 2022, at the Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC) in Magodo, the second round of 30 applicants seeking admission to the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy was screened.

The Ministry of Establishments, Training, and Pensions said in a statement that the programme, which was administered in conjunction with HCP Consulting, included, among other exercises, oral interview sessions, group discussions, PowerPoint preparation, and presentations.

The method, dubbed the Executive Training and Validation Programme, was intended to find young talents who would be trained to gain skills and hold leadership positions to improve public sector governance.

Recall that a similar screening program was undertaken for candidates applying for Fellowship of the Academy three weeks ago.
