LAGOS CHIEF OF STAFF COMMENDS RETIRED STAFF FOR COMMITMENT TO DUTY

The Chief of Staff to the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Tayo Ayinde has commended four staff of the office, who retired statutorily in the first quarter of Year 2021 for their selfless service and commitment to the State.

Mr. Ayinde, who gave the commendation at a brief last day in office ceremony, held at the Lagos House, Ikeja, to celebrate the retirees who have spent 35 years in service or attained 60 years of age, congratulated them for leaving an unblemished record, saying they should be grateful to God for sparing their lives to witness the day because some of the people they started with are no more.

He said it is the dream of every public servant to retire gracefully and honourably, urging the civil servants still in active service to remain committed and loyal in their official duties and responsibilities.
