Kylie Jenner spends half a million dollars on olive trees to protect privacy at her nearly finished Calabasas mansion

While some people buy a few plants to spruce up their front yard, Kylie Jenner is going all out — and we mean really all out.

The 27-year-old beauty mogul is taking luxury, privacy, and personal security to new levels as she nears completion of her dream home in Calabasas.

Half a Million Dollars in Trees for Privacy

Privacy doesn’t come cheap when you’re one of the most recognizable faces on the planet.

Kylie reportedly spent a jaw-dropping $500,000 on olive trees — yes, just the trees — to line the perimeter of her under-construction mansion. The idea? To shield her new home from prying eyes.

Aerial shots confirm that the lush greenery now wraps around the sprawling estate, acting as a leafy barrier from paparazzi lenses.

A Mega-Mansion Years in the Making

Kylie originally bought the land back in 2020 from none other than Miley Cyrus, shelling out $15 million for the lot.

Fast-forward five years, and her vision is finally taking shape.

Designed by celebrated Canadian architect Richard Landry, the main residence is a 30,000-square-foot modern farmhouse sitting on a massive four-acre plot.

The central home alone clocks in at around 18,000 square feet, with an additional guest house nearby.

A Home Built for a Lifestyle of Luxury

This isn’t just a house — it’s basically a private resort. Kylie’s new place will feature 15 bedrooms, an underground garage big enough for 12 cars, a full sports court, and a massive pool to top it all off.

She’s also adding a private bunker — because why not?

Dedicated Space for Security Staff

Given her history with stalkers and unwanted attention, Kylie isn’t taking any chances this time around.

She’s reportedly having an entire building constructed just for her security team so they can keep watch over the estate 24/7.

Safety and comfort go hand in hand for this billionaire.

Keeping It Local — For Now

Until construction is complete, Kylie is staying nearby in her $36 million Hidden Hills mansion, another ultra-luxurious property in the Calabasas area.

It seems she’s not in a rush to leave the neighborhood — just upgrading to something even grander.

Life at Home with Her Kids

Kylie plans to move into the new mansion with her two children — Stormi, now seven, and Aire, three — whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott.

The family will have more than enough room to run, play, and live in total privacy.

Timothée Chalamet Might Be a Frequent Guest

While the house is designed with Kylie and her kids in mind, it’s likely that her current boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet, will be spending a lot of time there too.

The pair have kept their romance fairly low-key but very much ongoing.

Business as Usual for Kylie

Even while overseeing a mansion build, Kylie’s staying busy with work.

On Monday, she was on Instagram sharing behind-the-scenes snaps of her Khy clothing brand shoot.

Dressed casually in a dark sports bra, black Nike track pants, and platform ERL sandals, she struck a pose with her hair up in a messy ponytail, captioning a selfie: “The energy I’m bringing to my shoot today.”

New Khy Looks on the Way

Kylie also gave her followers a sneak peek at upcoming pieces from Khy, which she launched back in November 2023.

From a chic off-the-shoulder black outfit with leggings to a form-fitting gray mini dress, she reminded everyone she’s not just a beauty mogul — she’s a full-blown fashion boss too.
