Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have filed documents to legally change the name of their son, Wolfe Jacques Webster, to Aire Webster, more than a year after his birth.
The celebrity couple regretted the original name choice and believe that Aire Webster is a better fit after spending time with their baby.
Both parents have signed off on the petition and are waiting for the courts to finalize the name change.
The couple announced that they had changed their son’s name from Wolfe to an unnamed moniker in March 2022, but it was not until January 2023 that they unveiled his new name alongside the first photos of him.
Kylie Jenner clarified that Aire was pronounced the same way as the element, despite fans pointing out that it was slang for “penis” in Arabic.
One TikToker joked that Jenner must have taken inspiration from “Avatar: The Last Airbender.”
The couple has been dating on and off since 2017 and also shares a daughter, Stormi, who is five years old.
