At around 2 a.m. on February 26, Kyle was photographed leaving the five-star Casa Cipriani hotel with the two women.
Witnesses reported Kyle appearing relaxed and enjoying himself as he walked with his arm around Marijana, who playfully flicked her hair back.
Marijana, believed to be in her late 30s, is known for her high-profile lifestyle, having lived in Milan for over 15 years.
She previously worked for designer Roberto Cavalli and gained attention on Serbia’s reality TV show The Farm.
Dragana, also a model, resides in Dubai where she runs fashion brands Summervie and Maison D’Vie.
