The matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner clan looked sensational at the Wizard of Oz premiere at Las Vegas’s Sphere, showing off the dramatic results of her $100,000 facelift.

Kris wore a leggy black-and-white mini dress paired with platform heels and black tights, accessorized with sparkling diamond earrings.
Her glam make-up highlighted her age-defying features, and she posed confidently alongside actress Rosanna Arquette and Shelli Azoff, the wife of Ticketmaster CEO Irving Azoff.

The reality TV icon credited her transformation to Dr. Steven M. Levine, known as the “facelift maestro,” whose celebrity procedures start at $45,000 (£33,376).
Speaking to Vogue, Kris explained her perspective on cosmetic procedures: “For me, this is ageing gracefully.
It’s my version. I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh.
I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.”
She added: “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself.
If you feel comfortable in your skin and want to age gracefully by doing nothing, that’s perfect. For me, this is my way.”

Kris revealed that her youngest daughter, Kylie Jenner, accompanied her during the surgery, while Kim stayed in constant touch via FaceTime.
She has also been candid about sharing her procedures with fans, believing it can inspire others to feel better about themselves: “Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it.
I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful.”
