Kim Kardashian makes surprise appearance at Selfridges in London to showcase NikeSKIMS Rift Mesh collection after romantic weekend in the Cotswolds

Kim Kardashian couldn’t stop smiling as she made a surprise appearance at Selfridges on Oxford Street in London on Sunday.

The fashion mogul, 45, was there to showcase her latest collaboration with Nike under her SKIMS brand, drawing crowds eager to catch a glimpse of the star.

From Romantic Getaway to Business Mode

What fans didn’t know was that Kim had just returned from a whirlwind romantic weekend in the Cotswolds with her new boyfriend, Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton, 41.

According to reports, Kim flew into the UK on her £100 million private jet and spent just 24 hours with Hamilton at the exclusive Estelle Manor, enjoying intimate dinners, couple’s massages, and private moments away from the public eye.

Security and Privacy on a Luxury Weekend

The couple reportedly had a small but tight-knit security detail — two bodyguards for Kim and a close protection officer for Lewis — who stayed discreetly in the background.

Sources estimated that the weekend, including accommodation and spa access, could have easily cost around £120,000.

Despite the luxury and privacy, Kim quickly switched gears from romance to business.

Launching the NikeSKIMS Rift Mesh

Back in London, Kim turned her attention to the launch of the NikeSKIMS Rift Mesh, a modern take on Nike’s iconic 1996 Air Rift split-toe shoe.

She arrived wearing a leather trench over a navy skintight top that subtly hinted at her lingerie, perfectly blending style with the sporty vibe of the new shoe line.

The Story Behind the Iconic Split-Toe

The original Nike Air Rift was inspired by Kenya’s Great Rift Valley and designed with barefoot runners in mind, encouraging a more natural stride.

The NikeSKIMS Rift Mesh retains that philosophy, featuring a secure strap, minimal midsole, and textured outsole to bring each step closer to the ground.

The shoes retail for $150 and officially released in North America on January 26 across Nike.com, SKIMS.com, and select stores.

Jetting Into the UK for Love

Kim touched down at Oxford Airport on Saturday afternoon, where cars whisked her off to Estelle Manor.

Lewis arrived an hour later via helicopter from London, and insiders said the couple shared a room in the main house, enjoying spa treatments and private dinners.

They checked out Sunday morning, with Kim leaving through a side exit and her eight signature suitcases in tow.

SKIMS Valentine’s Day Push

While in the UK, Kim also continued promoting her SKIMS Valentine’s Day collection on Instagram.

She shared racy photos showcasing her taut midriff in playful and bold looks, including a pink “Fits Everybody” T-shirt tied at the back and a tiny white thong, as well as a snug black T-shirt with SKIMS printed in pink inside a heart.

From KIMONO to $5 Billion Brand

Originally called KIMONO when it launched in 2019, Kim’s undergarment and fashion brand has grown into a global powerhouse valued at around $5 billion.

With collaborations like NikeSKIMS and seasonal campaigns, she continues to merge fashion, fitness, and celebrity in a way few can rival.
