After weeks of heartbreak and remembrance, Kelly Osbourne has finally broken her silence on the passing of her legendary father, Ozzy Osbourne.

In a deeply personal and bold gesture, Kelly shared a floral tribute to Instagram on Friday—one that perfectly captured the rocker’s unapologetic spirit.

The arrangement spelled out “Ozzy f***ing Osbourne” in flowers, a final, fitting nod to the heavy metal icon.

Ozzy passed away on July 22 at the age of 76.

The private funeral took place at the Osbourne family’s Buckinghamshire home on Thursday, with close family and friends gathering to say goodbye to the man who helped shape an era of rock music.

Her Last Interview Before His Final Bow

Just two weeks before his passing, Kelly had given a moving interview where she spoke with pride and optimism about her dad.

At the time, she was glowing with excitement, not only about Ozzy’s final show with Black Sabbath at Villa Park in Birmingham—but also about her own upcoming engagement.

“He’s amazing!” Kelly had said.

“He’s so excited for his final show on Saturday.

There’s all the nerves and all the excitement.

He’s sailing through everything, and the rehearsals have been incredible. It’s going to be a very emotional moment.”

That performance would be his last, and just two days later, Kelly got engaged to Sid Wilson—right in front of her father.

Bittersweet Wedding Plans

Kelly had opened up about her wedding plans in that same interview—plans that now carry a bittersweet weight.

She had shared that she and Sid were planning a destination wedding to keep it intimate, saying, “That way only the people who really like you will come.”

But Kelly made it clear she didn’t want to handle the details. “I want nothing to do with it,” she joked.

“If it was up to me, we’d get married at the registry office and then take over a pub.

But it’s not up to me—so I’m letting my mum plan it.” Sharon Osbourne is now expected to take the reins entirely.

A Poignant Farewell with Personal Touches

At Ozzy’s funeral procession on Wednesday, Kelly paid tribute with more than words.

She wore his signature purple-tinted glasses—an emotional and visual nod to her father’s iconic look.

Alongside her siblings Jack and Aimee, and their half-brother Louis from Ozzy’s first marriage, Kelly helped lead a touching farewell at Birmingham’s Black Sabbath Bridge.

Friends, family, and fans gathered as the procession passed through the city.

Kelly, visibly emotional, stood strong beside her family, even flashing peace signs of gratitude to those who had come to show support.

The Favorite Child and the Deepest Bond

Ozzy had never been shy about his special connection with Kelly.

In fact, he once told Rolling Stone that she was his favorite child.

“If I’ve got a favourite kid, it’s Kelly,” he said, adding with a grin, “Oh, they know it! Me and Kelly, we’re like two peas in a pod.”

The two even collaborated on a revised version of his hit song “Changes” back in 2003, which climbed to number one on the UK singles chart.

It was more than just a duet—it was a musical love letter from father to daughter, a reflection of their life together.

A Legacy Etched in Memory and Music

Ozzy’s funeral marked the end of a chapter not just for rock history, but for a family bound tightly by love, music, and unforgettable moments.

Kelly’s floral tribute, her heartfelt words, and her quiet presence at the funeral spoke louder than anything else—this was more than mourning.

It was a celebration of a bond that never wavered.

As the world remembers the Prince of Darkness, Kelly Osbourne’s tribute reminds us that behind the legend was a father, deeply loved and forever missed.
