Kelly Brook Reveals Her Past Engagements and Husband Jeremy Parisi’s Hesitation on I’m A Celebrity in the UK Jungle

On Thursday’s episode of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Kelly Brook got candid about her romantic history, revealing that her husband Jeremy Parisi was “petrified” to propose to her.

Kelly, 46, married Italian model Jeremy, 40, in 2022—seven years after they first met.

But before him, she had quite a history of engagements.

“I’d been engaged about five times before I met my husband!” she admitted.

Her longest pre-Jeremy relationship was with Jason Statham, the Hollywood action star, lasting six years from 1997 to 2003.

She then became engaged to actor Billy Zane, followed by a high-profile romance with Scottish rugby star Thom Evans from 2010 to 2013.

Her fourth engagement was to Gladiator competitor David McIntosh.

Kelly explained that Jeremy had “never really proposed” at first, fearing that past engagements might be a bad omen.

Ultimately, she revealed, she suggested marriage herself—a scenario mirrored by Martin Kemp, who shared that his wife Shirlie also had to initiate their engagement.

Shona McGarty Steps Away From Conversation

The discussion about past proposals hit a raw nerve for former EastEnders star Shona McGarty, 34.

She had recently split from her musician fiancé David Bracken, whom she met in 2023 after he reached out via TikTok.

Shona admitted to Tom Read Wilson that the engagement talk was tough for her, prompting her to walk away from the conversation.

Tom reassured her: “I think you’ve done a really sensible thing,” offering a supportive pep talk.

A source told The Sun that their split was amicable, noting, “They realized they wanted different things and are better off as friends.”

Shona is now concentrating on her music and career, leaving romance temporarily on hold.

Doomsville and Win City Shake Things Up

This week’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! also saw the camp split into two groups: luxurious Win City and the less comfortable Doomsville.

Kelly, Shona, Martin, and Tom found themselves in Doomsville alongside Aitch and Eddie Kadi.

Despite the intentionally harsh conditions, spirits remained high.

“Sleep deprivation, food deprivation—but you know what they can’t do…” Kelly teased.
Martin finished the thought: “Break our spirit!”
Kelly added with a smile, “There is no fun deprivation in this place!”

The Your Cake Or Mine Challenge

The camps faced off in a quirky challenge called Your Cake Or Mine, where cupcakes dangled above a box of offal.

Public-selected rival pairs raced to grab the treats—winner keeps their cupcake while their opponent’s fell into the offal.

First up, Win City’s Alex Scott competed against Doomsville’s Shona, with Shona taking the win.

Doomsville’s Tom Read Wilson followed by beating Win City’s Ruby Wax.

Win City regained momentum as Jack Osbourne defeated Eddie Kadi, and Vogue Williams outpaced Kelly Brook.

Doomsville’s Aitch then bested Win City’s AngryGinge, while Lisa Riley from Win City claimed victory over Martin Kemp in the final round.

The challenge combined humor, strategy, and just enough gross-out factor to keep the celebrities—and viewers—entertained.
