Life as a Trump comes with its perks — and its pressures.

But for Kai Trump, the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and granddaughter of former President Donald Trump, the spotlight is something she’s learning to balance with school, sports, and being a regular teenager.

Recently, the rising golf star and social media influencer made an appearance on ‘Fox & Friends’, sharing what it’s like growing up in the public eye, navigating college choices, and building a close connection with her grandfather — all while staying focused on her golf game.

Golf Is Their Thing — And Donald Trump Is Her Biggest Motivator

While some teens bond with their grandfathers over fishing or old stories, Kai says her relationship with her grandfather centers around golf.

And not just casual weekend games — Trump’s competitive nature has rubbed off on her in a big way.

“He’s always encouraged me to keep going and never give up,” she shared.

“Honestly, I’ve improved a lot in the last few years, and it’s really because of that drive he instilled in me.

We share something special on the course.”

Kai’s hard work has clearly paid off. She’s heading to the University of Miami to play college golf — a big milestone that already comes with attention, sponsorships, and some big expectations.

Already Inking Endorsement Deals Before Her First Tee-Off

Even before swinging a club at the collegiate level, Kai is already attracting NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals — something that’s becoming more common in youth athletics.

She recently signed with Accelerator Energy Drink, promoting the deal during her Fox News appearance.

While the business side of her career is growing fast, Kai’s still grounded in the reality of being a teenager navigating school and family.

Being a Teen in the Public Eye Isn’t Always Glamorous

While many people might envy her access to world leaders, high-profile events, and famous family members, Kai is honest about the toll it can take.

“It’s a lot to handle sometimes,” she admitted.

“I’m still just a normal high school student, and it’s tough when you’re always under a microscope. But I’m grateful. I wouldn’t trade this life for anything.”

Why She Chose Miami Over Other Schools

So why Miami? It wasn’t just about the sunshine or palm trees.

Kai said it was a visit with her mom that sealed the deal.

“When we visited before my junior year, something just clicked,” she explained.

“I knew it was the place for me — the coach, the environment, everything felt right.”

She also offered some advice for other young athletes: “Look for a place where you can grow — not just as a player, but as a person.

And make sure you really connect with the coach. That was a big part of my decision.”

Golf Meets Celebrity: Kai Competes Alongside Tiger Woods’ Son

In late June, Kai played in the 41st Nicklaus Junior Championship, where she found herself in some very elite company — namely, Charlie Woods, son of golf legend Tiger Woods.

Charlie finished strong with a final round of 69, placing sixth out of 122 boys.

Kai, on the other hand, finished tied for 21st out of 32 girls after a tougher showing — but it’s the kind of high-profile experience that sets her up for future challenges.

The Trump-Woods Family Connection Runs Deeper Now

As if playing in a tournament with Tiger Woods’ son wasn’t enough of a headline, there’s also a new twist in Kai’s family dynamic: Tiger Woods is dating her mom, Vanessa Trump.

Their relationship went public earlier this year, just ten days after DailyMail.com first reported it.

Tiger posted a heartfelt message alongside two cozy photos, writing, “Love is in the air… life is better with you by my side.”

Grandpa Donald Trump Gives the Couple His Blessing

According to the former president, he’s totally supportive of the romance between his ex-daughter-in-law and one of the world’s most famous athletes.

“He told me about it,” Trump said, “and I said, ‘Tiger, that’s good, that’s good. I’m very happy for both.’”

Balancing Fame, Fairways, and the Future

As she heads to college and continues building her career, Kai Trump is juggling more than most teens could imagine.

Between elite golf tournaments, media appearances, and the weight of the Trump name, she’s carving out a path that’s uniquely hers.

And while the road ahead will no doubt come with challenges, Kai seems ready — golf club in hand and family legacy in tow.
