Jodie Marsh has always been a name associated with glamour, bodybuilding, and reality TV.
However, over the years, she’s made a significant transformation, embracing a quieter life focused on something completely different.
Now, at 46, Jodie has moved away from her showbiz career and is living a more peaceful life running an animal sanctuary in Great Dunmow, Essex.
This shift in lifestyle has allowed her to find happiness and peace, leaving behind the world of tabloid headlines and glamorous photoshoots.
From Glamour Model to Animal Sanctuary Owner
Once a well-known Page Three girl and a fixture in the world of glamour modelling, Jodie’s life now revolves around caring for animals.
She’s candid about her physical transformation, explaining that she no longer has the time to maintain her former athletic physique.
“You might recognize me as someone who used to be glamorous and fit, but now I’m just a farm girl,” she shared.
Jodie admitted that her current appearance doesn’t reflect the six-pack abs and toned figure she once flaunted as a bodybuilder.
With her hectic schedule caring for the sanctuary animals, Jodie explained she simply doesn’t have time to eat properly or work out.
“The reason I’m now fat is because I don’t have time for healthy meals or to hit the gym,” she confessed.
But despite her shift in appearance, Jodie has never been happier, finding fulfillment in her new career path.
Using CBD Oil to Manage Health and Wellbeing
In a recent social media video, Jodie spoke about the benefits of CBD oil, which she credits for helping her manage pain, anxiety, and general aches.
In the clip, she looked relaxed in a loose-fitting T-shirt and leggings, sharing her positive experience with the product.
“It changed my life,” she said, recommending the oil to anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, or pain.
For Jodie, using CBD oil has become an essential part of her new routine, helping her feel balanced amidst the chaos of running a sanctuary.
The Struggles of Switching Careers and Funding the Sanctuary
While her animal sanctuary brings her joy, Jodie admits that this new chapter doesn’t come without its challenges. Financing the farm required significant investment, and at one point, Jodie returned to her roots in glamour modelling to fund the project.
She launched an OnlyFans account, using the earnings to pay for essential farm expenses, including a £65,000 perimeter fence. “I funded that entire thing from my OnlyFans,” she explained.
For the first year, her OnlyFans account also covered staff wages, though Jodie stresses that she didn’t take a penny for herself.
Although her income from the platform has decreased as her focus shifted to the animals, she’s still making money and continues to use it as a means of supporting the sanctuary.
“I probably make a couple of grand a month now,” Jodie shared, adding that she plans to post more content to boost her earnings once again.
Embracing Change and Finding Happiness in Simplicity
Jodie’s journey from the glamorous world of modelling to living the quiet life of a farm girl is a testament to her personal growth.
Despite facing early rejection in her career and bullying in school, she eventually proved herself by becoming one of the most recognizable figures in glamour modelling.
Now, however, Jodie finds greater satisfaction in caring for animals and living a life that brings her joy, far removed from the pressures of fame and beauty standards.
Her message to her followers is clear: change is possible, and happiness often comes from unexpected places.
Whether it’s finding peace in a more natural, slower-paced life or embracing new tools for self-care like CBD oil, Jodie Marsh’s story is one of transformation, resilience, and, ultimately, contentment.
