Once a staple on magazine covers and fashion runways, Janice Dickinson is proving that life after the spotlight can still be fierce — and very candid.

The 70-year-old supermodel was recently spotted running errands solo in Los Angeles, showing that even former icons still need to make drugstore runs.

A Casual Sunday for the Once-Top Model

Janice kept it simple and laid-back as she stepped out in cut-off denim shorts, a navy tee, and classic white sneakers.

With a beige visor and black sunglasses to keep the California sun at bay, she was seen carrying shopping bags and a water bottle — proof that errands come for us all, even the former “world’s first supermodel.”

From Vogue Covers to TV Stardom

Back in the 1980s, Dickinson was a force to be reckoned with.

Her striking brunette looks and fierce walk made her a favorite of legendary fashion houses like Versace, Calvin Klein, and Oscar de la Renta.

Her face graced the covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan — and yes, even Playboy.

But Janice didn’t stop there. She used her modeling fame to launch a successful TV career.

She famously judged aspiring models on America’s Next Top Model, starred in Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, and even ran her own reality show, The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, from 2006 to 2008.

Love, Loss, and Hollywood Drama

Janice’s romantic history is nothing short of tabloid-worthy.

One of the most talked-about chapters? Her relationship with Sylvester Stallone in the early ’90s.

The two met at a charity event in 1993, and despite Stallone being involved with Jennifer Flavin at the time, sparks flew.

Stallone even left Flavin to be with Janice and proposed to her — only to call off the engagement months later when he discovered he wasn’t the father of her daughter Savannah.

The real dad turned out to be businessman Michael Birnbaum, someone Janice had dated earlier.

After the dramatic split, Stallone returned to Flavin, and they married in 1997.

Marriage, Cancer, and a Comeback

Today, Janice is married to Dr. Robert ‘Rocky’ Gerner, a psychiatrist based in LA.

The pair tied the knot in 2016 after Janice overcame a battle with breast cancer.

She bravely went through radiation and two lumpectomies before getting the all-clear.

That experience, she’s said, gave her a new perspective — but it hasn’t dulled her signature sass or her transparency when it comes to aging.

An Open Book About Plastic Surgery

Janice has long been unapologetic about her cosmetic procedures.

Speaking recently on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s Off The Vine podcast, she opened up about her first surgery — a mini face-lift at 32 while she was dating Stallone.

“I noticed I started getting jowls,” she said, adding that the procedure gave her a major confidence boost.

She even encouraged Bristowe to consider it when the time comes, joking, “It kept me going up until last week when I noticed my lip lines.”

She’s admitted to multiple procedures over the years: breast augmentation, tummy tuck, face and neck lifts, liposuction, and injectables like Botox.

Despite it all, she insists her plump lips are all natural.

Bankruptcy and the High Cost of Beauty

Her long list of cosmetic treatments eventually caught up with her financially.

In 2013, Janice filed for bankruptcy, reportedly owing nearly $1 million.

Among her debts were thousands to a Beverly Hills dermatologist and an anti-aging center.

Even her son Nathan pleaded with her to stop the surgeries back in 2007.

Janice promised she would — but only “if he’s looking.”

She later appeared on Botched in 2015 to correct a decades-old breast surgery that left her with rippling.

Still Fierce at Seventy

Despite the ups and downs, Dickinson seems to be in a reflective but confident place.

Whether she’s sharing beauty tips, opening up about her past, or simply stepping out in LA like any other person, she reminds us that aging doesn’t have to mean disappearing.

She might no longer be walking runways, but Janice Dickinson clearly still knows how to make an entrance.
