It looks like Jadon Sancho has found a new way to make his love life public—by letting the ink do the talking.
The Manchester United winger, who’s been out of favour at Old Trafford, has sparked even more romance speculation after being spotted at a California tattoo studio with American rapper Saweetie.
Name Behind the Ear
The 25-year-old visited the Apollo Tattoo and Piercing Studio, where the shop’s Instagram showed off his latest addition—a delicate “Qiava” inked behind his left ear.
That’s not just any name; it happens to be Saweetie’s middle name.
Fans quickly put two and two together, especially since the pair were photographed together during the visit.
Out With the Old, In With the New
Sancho didn’t stop there. He also had a previous tattoo on his hand that read “her only” covered up with a colourful flower design.
Who that tattoo was originally for remains a mystery, but it seems the winger is all about starting fresh.
The Rumours Started Months Ago
Talk of a relationship between Sancho and Saweetie isn’t new.
Back in May, fans noticed the “My Type” rapper’s face on Sancho’s phone lock screen.
The moment came during Chelsea’s Europa Conference League celebrations, where Sancho—then on loan with the Blues—was partying with teammate Trevoh Chalobah.
A Hug That Got People Talking
Adding to the gossip, the two were seen sharing a hug at Stamford Bridge earlier in the season.
Since then, whispers about the pair have only grown louder.
Transfer Talks Heating Up
Away from his personal life, Sancho’s football future is still uncertain.
Roma have shown interest in taking him on a season-long loan with an option to buy, but United are pushing for a permanent deal worth between £20 million and £25 million.
The winger’s £250,000-a-week wages remain a stumbling block.
Other Suitors in the Mix
Juventus and Borussia Dortmund—Sancho’s former club—have also been linked with a move.
Last season, he enjoyed a successful loan spell at Chelsea, winning the Conference League, after a previous return to Dortmund on loan.
United Career at a Crossroads
Sancho joined United from Dortmund in 2021 for £73 million, but his time at Old Trafford hasn’t gone to plan.
Frozen out under Ruben Amorim, he’s made 83 appearances, scoring 12 goals and providing six assists.
With only a year left on his contract (plus an option for another), his next move could be make-or-break for his career.
