Wife of the governor of Anambra State, Dr. Ebelechukwu Obiano has said that her humanitarian motivation is not politically influenced but comes from her deep passion for humanity.

Dr Mrs. Obiano, who stated this in an interview with the ABS, noted that her charity works began way before their political journey, but became more expansive from August, 2014, with the emergence and full registration of her charity organization, Caring Family Enhancement Initiative, CAFE.

The governor’s wife also said that she finds joy in seeing people smile out of what she does, emphasizing that she takes charity as a divine call.

Reflecting on the eight years of her husband’s administration, which winds down on March seventeen, 2022, Dr. Obiano explained that she is proud of what Governor Willie Obiano has been able to achieve in office, a legacy that, according to her, would remain boldly written on the history wall of Anambra State.

She said that she expects the incoming administration to consolidate on the achievements of the present regime and give Ndi Anambra the best.
