TeamAce Limited – Our client, a Lottery Platform looking to break into the Nigerian Market is recruiting to fill the position below:
Responsible for route/go-to-market plans of digital propositions, initiatives with a focus on scaling up adoption amongst new customer segments, retaining and growing usage. The role will focus on designing innovative strategies to increase the adoption of new products and extracting more value from existing ones’ internal and external initiatives through effective management of all relationships.
Manage growth and optimization of the digital customer by driving awareness, adoption and maturity based in line with business targets.
Responsible for developing and managing Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategies based on data and consumer insights.
Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management.
Conduct customer needs analysis, market size forecast and dynamics and competitor.
Build, manage and refine online assortment, promotions and product/content story presentations.
Provide post-program ROI analysis, make recommendations based on results to increase sales and opt-ins.
Research Industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives and push the business forward.
Continually seeks opportunities to improve Customer Satisfaction Operations, including people, processes and technologies.
Develop innovative marketing and sales programs, empowering the team to test & learn by measuring program effectiveness, providing insights on how to optimize in the future.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
Minimum of five years Lotto marketing experience in which two years must be in a managerial capacity or related role.
Excellent Knowledge of Statutory Legislations and Regulations.
Experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing and Digital Marketing preferably in the Lotto, Betting and Gaming Industry.
Must have strong skills in analysis, strategy and planning, budget and P&L management, merchandising and marketing, vendor selection and management.
Ability to lead a team and collaborate as a senior strategist with the leadership team.
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly
