Running from August to October 2025, this year’s edition — known as GET 4.0 — isn’t just about handing out cheques.
The programme aims to equip business owners with more than funding.
Participants will gain entrepreneurial skills, strategic business guidance, and the know-how to thrive in Nigeria’s competitive market.
Who Can Apply
To qualify, applicants need to meet a few key criteria:
-
Be at least 18 years old
-

Cash Prizes for the Best Ideas
The stakes are high for this year’s edition. The top five startups will each walk away with ₦2 million, while 10 others will receive ₦300,000 as consolation prizes after a rigorous pitching session.
A Proven Record of Impact
Since its launch in 2022, GETGP has awarded over ₦38 million to 45 different businesses.
By the end of 2025, that number is expected to exceed ₦50 million, benefiting more than 60 winners in total.
What the Judges Are Looking For
According to the selection panel, creativity, originality, and a strong track record in entrepreneurship will carry the most weight in deciding the winners.
In other words, they want to see fresh ideas with real potential for impact.
Building Nigeria’s Business Future
This grant programme is more than a competition — it’s part of GET’s wider mission to grow Nigeria’s small and medium business sector, inspire innovation, and give young entrepreneurs the resources they need to make a lasting mark.
