Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for young people who are hungry to make a difference—especially those excited by the idea of working in green or technical fields.
Here’s the profile we’re looking for:

Age: Between 20 and 35 years old

Location: Must currently live in Lagos State

Education: You need to have at least an SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination)

Interest or Background: Experience in areas like solar tech, electrical or mechanical trades, climate-smart farming, or recycling is helpful but not required.
Passion and willingness to learn matter more than experience.

Can You Apply? Here’s What Makes You Eligible
To be considered, you need to:

Be a Nigerian citizen between 20 and 35 years old

Have finished at least secondary school

Be genuinely interested in green and technical work

Be available to fully participate—both online and in-person sessions

Submit all documents and forms before the application deadline
Bonus: If you’ve done any kind of informal green or technical work—volunteering, internships, self-learning—it will boost your application.

The Selection Journey: How It Works
Selection will happen in four main steps:
1. Application & Documentation
You’ll need to submit:

A 300-word statement telling us:

Why you want to join the program

Any exposure you’ve had to green or technical work

Your vision for your career after the training

Optional extras: reference letters, certificates, or photos that show your passion
2. Screening & Shortlisting
A dedicated review team will assess applications based on:

How complete and relevant your documents are

Your motivation and how well your goals align with the program

Any prior experience or curiosity in green/tech fields

Your potential to make an impact in your community
Top candidates will move on to the next stage.
3. Interviews
Shortlisted applicants will have a one-on-one interview—either online or in person.
The goal is to understand your:

Readiness to grow and contribute to the program
4. Final Selection
At the end of the process, 25 participants will be chosen.
An additional 5–10 people will be placed on a waitlist in case a spot opens up.
